aColleges are requested to provide the Office of the Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs with the names of possible candidates in order to schedule the delivery date of the dossiers. Once the campus APT schedule for each college has been established, this schedule may be useful in planning College and Department APT meetings.
bBy these deadlines, colleges should have the review material ready for delivery to the Office of the Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs, 1126 Main Administration and uploaded on the APT website.
